Post showcase Spring - Summer 2015

At Moksín, we put love and care into everything we do, and this time was no different. We wanted to share with you an adventure that we hope is just the beginning of many more this season. This shop window was a valuable learning experience for us. We discovered how to create the perfect environment for planting Carballo Común acorns, thanks to the invaluable advice from our friend Nacho.

We also immersed ourselves in the fascinating world of Galician ceramics, exploring the works of talented local artists. We found incredible pieces at a small store in Santiago called Merlín e Famila, where Patricia is always ready to help with any inquiries. Additionally, we delved into the realm of Galician craftsmanship through Artesanía de Galicia, where we found valuable information about this traditional art form.

Last but certainly not least, we had the honor of collaborating with the lovely ceramist from A Coruña, Verónica Moar. We were captivated by the quality of her work and deeply grateful for her generosity in lending us her pieces as soon as she learned about our shop window concept. It fills us with pride to have a Galician artist participate in our creative endeavors.

We extend our sincerest thanks to everyone who supported and contributed to this beautiful experience.

P.S.: If, like us, you fell in love with Verónica's creations, we encourage you to follow her work and acquire her pieces.

Sending warm hugs to all and once again, thank you for being part of the Moksín community!
